Everything you need to know about our treatments, your first visit, and what to expect from physician-led care.

General

Dr. Sean Dakshaw is the only physician to own and operate a Liquivida franchise. Every treatment plan is built and overseen by a board-certified MD — not a PA or nurse practitioner working independently. That means a higher standard of medical accountability, lab-based decision making, and care that's genuinely personalized rather than menu-driven.
Most wellness and aesthetic treatments are elective and not covered by insurance. We do accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services. Contact us for specific pricing or to ask about package options.
You can book online through our Zenoti booking system — just click "Book a Consultation" anywhere on the site — or call us directly at (561) 840-4000. We recommend scheduling in advance, especially for HRT and peptide consultations, as availability fills quickly.
We're located at 5500 PGA Blvd, Suite 207, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. We're easily accessible from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike with free parking. We serve patients from Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, and surrounding areas.

IV Therapy & Drips

Most IV drip sessions take 45–60 minutes. Mini drips run closer to 30 minutes. You're welcome to relax, work on your laptop, or watch something during treatment — many patients make it part of their weekly routine.
Yes — when administered by qualified medical professionals, IV therapy is very safe. You may feel a brief pinch when the IV is placed, but most patients find the experience comfortable and relaxing. All protocols are physician-formulated and administered in a clinical setting.
Frequency depends on your goals. Some patients benefit from weekly sessions, others monthly. Dr. Dakshaw will help you determine the right cadence during your consultation based on your lifestyle, lab work, and health objectives.
Many patients notice improved energy, mental clarity, and hydration within hours of treatment. Cumulative benefits — better immunity, improved sleep, sustained energy — build over repeated sessions.

Hormone Health

HRT restores hormones that decline naturally with age — including testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone. When levels drop, the effects show up as fatigue, weight gain, brain fog, low libido, and mood changes. Physician-guided HRT addresses the root cause rather than masking symptoms.
Both men and women benefit significantly. Dr. Dakshaw is a Certified Testosteronologist with dedicated programs for male testosterone optimization as well as female hormone balancing. Treatment plans are built around your labs, symptoms, and goals — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Common signs include persistent fatigue, difficulty losing weight despite effort, low sex drive, mood swings, poor sleep, or brain fog. The only way to know for certain is through lab work. Your HRT consultation includes a comprehensive review of your bloodwork and symptoms before any treatment is recommended.

Weight Management

Our medically supervised programs are built around your individual biology — including hormonal status, metabolic rate, and lifestyle. Depending on your needs, treatment may incorporate peptide therapies like Retatrutide, lab-guided nutrition guidance, and ongoing physician check-ins to track progress and adjust the plan.
When prescribed and monitored by a physician, yes. Dr. Dakshaw reviews your full health history and labs before prescribing any peptide therapy. Dosing is carefully titrated and adjusted based on your response — this is not a one-size protocol.

Peptide Therapy

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as biological messengers in the body. Different peptides have different effects — some accelerate tissue repair (BPC-157, TB-500), others boost growth hormone release (CJC/Ipamorelin), and others support cognitive function or immune health. All must be prescribed and monitored by a physician.
Peptide therapy is popular among athletes recovering from injury, professionals seeking better focus and recovery, and patients interested in anti-aging or performance optimization. Dr. Dakshaw will determine which peptide protocols are appropriate based on your goals and health profile.

Aesthetic Injectables

All aesthetic injectable treatments — including Botox, Dysport, and dermal fillers — are administered by or under the direct supervision of Dr. Sean Dakshaw, MD. Having a physician perform injectables significantly reduces risk and ensures precise, natural-looking results.
Botox and Dysport typically last 3–4 months. Dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane) last 9–18 months depending on the product and treatment area. Results vary by individual. Dr. Dakshaw will walk you through realistic expectations during your consultation.
Dr. Dakshaw's philosophy is conservative and natural-looking. The goal is never to erase your features, but to subtly refresh and enhance them. You should look like a well-rested, confident version of yourself — not like you've had work done.

Your First Visit

Your first visit begins with a brief medical consultation — Dr. Dakshaw reviews your health history, symptoms, and goals, then recommends a treatment plan. For some services, you can receive your first treatment the same day. For HRT and peptide therapy, lab work is typically completed before treatment begins.
Bring a valid photo ID, your HSA/FSA card if applicable, a list of current medications and supplements, and any recent lab work if you have it. Wear comfortable clothing with easy access to your arm. Feel free to bring your laptop or headphones — sessions can run 45–60 minutes.
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. You can reschedule online through your booking confirmation or by calling (561) 840-4000.
